Solution is built into pydev/eclipse. An introduction to codemix and python development.
You May Need To Install The Latest Java Jdk/Jre Before Installing.
Go to run > external tools > external tools configurations. select program on the left, then press the new launch configuration icon above it to create a new launch.

1.1 install eclipse pydev plugin from eclipse marketplace.
Pydev Is A Plugin That Enables Eclipse To Be Used As A Python Ide (Supporting Also Jython And Ironpython).
